Schedule of events
We are thrilled to have all of our guests celebrate with us for three days with a variety of meaningful parties, activities, and meals. The villa is exclusively ours from May 29 to June 1. In addition to the scheduled events below, we welcome you to spend as much time as possible with us at the villa. In addition to the already scheduled activities, the pool and restaurant will be at the disposal of all guests.
Welcome Dinner
May 29, 2025 ~ Vinilia Wine Resort
19:00 to 23:00
We will welcome you to our wedding weekend in style as we meet and mingle to good food and good music. A traditional Apulian meal on “bancarelles” (food stalls) will be served along with wine and beer.
Attire: Elegant ‘Italian Summer’ Formal. Dress to impress! Bright colours, long dresses, and linen suits are encouraged.
Transport: We will have shuttles at the end of the night at 23:00 to take guests to Manduria City Centre.
Wedding Ceremony
May 30, 2025 ~ Chiesa Matrice Della Santissima Trinità, Manduria
17:00 to 18:00
We will celebrate the Catholic sacrament of marriage at 5:00pm at Chiesa Matrice della Santissima Trinità in Manduria. All guests are asked to arrive by 4:30pm and be seated in the church by 4:45pm.
Attire: Black Tie Optional. For men, wear a tuxedo if you have one, but no need to buy one if not, just wear a black or dark suit with a bow tie!
Transport: Guests who are not staying at Vinilia will find their own way to the church. Manduria’s streets are not conducive to vehicles so please save time for walking to the church! We will have shuttles from the ceremony to Vinilia for ALL guests (see order of events below).
Wedding Celebration
May 30, 2025 ~ Vinilia Wine Resort

After the ceremony, we will shuttle all guests to Vinilia Wine Resort to celebrate with cocktail hour, dinner, and a party late into the night.
Attire: Black Tie Optional
Transport: We will have shuttles to Manduria city centre at the end of the night (see order of events below).

Pizza Party by the Pool
May 31, 2025 ~ Vinilia Wine Resort
All Day (Starting at 12:00, Lunch Served from 14:00 to 16:00)
To celebrate further after a late night of dancing and music, we ask all guests to join us for a party by the pool. Pizza and focaccia will be served starting at 2pm. Beers (2 per person) are included, and additional drinks will be available for purchase at the pool bar throughout the day.
Attire: Summer Casual + Swimwear
Evening Social & Champions League Final (After the Pool Party from 18:00 to 23:00)
Bring a change of clothes and stay with us for dinner! The restaurant at Vinilia will have a pasta bar and glass of wine dinner package for guests for €25. We will also be showing the Champions League final for those interested.

Goodbye & Send Off
June 1, 2025 ~ Vinilia Wine Resort

We will send Markus and Anna off to their honeymoon after breakfast with hugs, kisses, and confetti as we all leave Vinilia. If you are staying in Manduria you are welcome to join the send off, but do not feel obligated especially if you have an early departure.
